Register Your Volunteer Group

At Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, corporate, faith and community volunteer groups make major contributions to the construction of affordable, decent housing in our communities. On-site construction work is the most popular of Habitat's volunteer opportunities for groups and we make every effort to incorporate all willing volunteers, regardless of skill level. We build on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with Saturday constructing workdays frequently booked months in advance at certain times of the year.

Groups with up to 25 volunteers are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, with organizations providing sponsorship given priority. We generally have more groups that want to volunteer than funds to build homes! We currently offer Corporate Build Days Wednesdays through Fridays. Most corporate groups donate $2,500 for a group of 10-15 people. Some find they are not at liberty to donate that amount and we invite them to participate at whatever donation level is appropriate for their organization.
