Basic Build Information

Green Hammer

Full Work Day

  • 7:30 am - 3:30 pm (7:30am check in, 8am Safety meeting)
  • Half Day (half days are offered to select groups and must be cleared by the Volunteer Coordinator)
  • Morning shift 7:30am - 11:30am
  • Afternoon shift 11:30am - 3:30pm

Lunch

  • We break for lunch around 11:30am. If your company or organization is not providing lunch, please feel free to bring your own lunch in a small cooler as lunch will not be provided by Habitat.

Please bring:

  • Work boots or sturdy tennis shoes with a non-slip, nail-resistant sole (NO OPEN-TOED SHOES). Hat and sunscreen.
  • A completed Interest and Liability Form to expedite the registration process.
  • Your own water bottle to refill throughout the day.

Please do NOT bring:

  • Personal tools
  • Purse/Camera (We suggest leaving your purse or camera at home or in the car as Habitat is not responsible for lost or damaged items).
